How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

Orders typically take 3 working days to be fulfilled, but it depends entirely on what has been ordered, and where that stock has to come from. If we have to have it shipped from another store it can take a few days more. On the flip side many of our orders are shipped the same day. If you are needing your order by a certain date, please get it touch with us with the details of what you would like and when for, and we will advise you.


Parcels are shipped by regular post within Australia for $14.95 or free for orders over $99.


We also now offer express postage for $19.50, or $4.55 for orders over $99.

We deliver to 170 countries around the world, and offer different shipping options to meet your needs as listed below.


The length of time the delivery takes to reach you will depend on which rate of postage you have requested. We will correspond with you direct by email with alternatives. We recommend you take out insurance with international packages.


Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.


What packaging will my order will be shipped in?

Orders are delivered in plastic satchels. We do not provide a gift wrapping service.


Is my package insured?

You may opt for insurance during the checkout process. In the event your parcel is lost by Australia post, we will replace all the items in your order (Substitution may be required for sold out items. We will notify you if this is the case). Insurance for a lost parcel can only be claimed once an enquiry by Australia post has been completed and your article deemed to be lost. Insurance is available by written request with an international order.


Do I need to sign for my order? 

All orders are sent via Australia post using regular parcel post. Australia post may leave the parcel at your door or provide a card with a pick up address if you are not home. 


Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.


How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

Once you have placed your order, you will be sent an automatic confirmation email. It is advised that you double check all the details of this and get in touch with us if there are any errors. Your card or PayPal account are debited on placing your order. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.


Can I track my order? 

Yes you can. When your order has been dispatched, your email address is included in your shipping information, allowing Auspost to e-mail you with tracking information for your order.


Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receiving them.


Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, BIG GUY is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or breakdowns, strikes etc by 3rd parties.  If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting my account followed by order status.


Does BIG GUY ship to post office boxes or freight forwarding addresses?
 

We can post to a PO Box, but this may take longer if your looking for air freight of your order. Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes outside Australia, apart from in the following countries: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. We do not deliver to forwarding addresses.
