Which countries does BIG GUY ship to?

BIG GUY ships to 170 countries worldwide, you will find these listed on the checkout section of our website.

However we prefer to deal within the regions of Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

All international orders are shipped via Australia post, we do not have control over the delivery method of parcels after leaving Australia. Authority to leave or special delivery instructions may not be available in your country.

Please note: There is no tracking available on International Orders.

Please be advised there are many Countries that we take extra care prior to shipping too. You maybe asked for additional security information if you happen to reside in one of these countries. Please do not be offended if you are asked to validate yourself or your card.

All first time International orders will have to pass a verification process and once completed the customer will go on our safe senders list so they will not have to verify again for future orders. Verification is completed by an email sent upon receipt of your order with us so please make sure to check your email address is correct. International Orders made without verification being completed will be cancelled after 48 hours and all money refunded back to your card if we fail to hear back from you.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

By default, product prices are GST inclusive until you proceed to purchase your order. Taxes and duties are then calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the order summary page. Please note that GST will only be applied to orders dispatched within the Australia and Australian international territories.

Most destinations are shipped to on a (delivery duty to be paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will not be included in the product price. To view the most accurate price for your shipping destination, you will need to select your country (see previous question).

If a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, including GST. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order.
