Sizes are given as the chest measurement. XL stands for extra long, meaning more length in the sleeves, leg and torso. R is regular length.
TALL sizes are as follows:
Inner leg seam: 38inch = 97cm
Arm length : 98cm - 100cm
There is approximately a 13cm drop in the Regular trouser waist measurement, eg; 127R suit has 114cm waist trousers.
